General description

Purified mouae monoclonal antibody. Recognizes the ~10 kDa S100A4 protein.

This Anti-S100A4 Mouse mAb (1F12-1G7) is validated for use in ELISA, Immunoblotting, Immunocytochemistry for the detection of S100A4.

Recognizes the ~10 kDa S100A4 protein in HeLa and NIH3T3 cells.

Full-length, recombinant, human S100A4 (aa 1-102), expressed as a GST fusion protein
